As you already know, Romanian eBay scammers use fake escrow websites to fool people into entering their personal ID info during their bogus eBay transactions.
So, I turned it around on them -- set-up a fake payment site with a few friends...
Then I baited a Romanian scammer on eBay Motors
This Romanian idiot is 0wned....
Once I got his Yahoo email, I locked him out of his own account. He had 300+ phished credit cards -- all American citizens.
But then...
Whoops! Lookie-lookie!
20-ish, eBay scammer, small sized, likes long walks in the park, or along the shore, moonlight dinners with good Moldavian wine and blanched goat balls, sick of the cyber cafe scene, give and "take" is important to me, must like to cuddle, scam on eBay and phish for cards
