440 6 Pack Convertible from Bill W's collection. Slap stick. I am embarrassed to say that I only recently learned what is unique about the slap stick. You start in first and when you want to shift to second you just slap the shifter forward and it will only go to the next gear and no further. No missed shifts or shifting into neutral and over revving.
Pretty neat idea. Never liked the look of a slap stick, but now have a better appreciation of it.
