That's the correct vacuum port to use for both the Diverter & the choke pull off.It should be under the front bowl where it meets the intake.
They used a white 3 way plastic Tee to coordinate all 3 hoses.
In 1970 they added a TCS solenoid,so they used a 4 way Vacuum tee.
