Probably not, I bought it in '96 - so I'm going on 11 years now
I finished the resto in June of '01 - our first baby was due in Sept of '01, so that provided the incentive to get it done
I lived in an apartment in Hatboro when I bought it, kept it there for a few months before finding space in Perkasie where I did the resto. So, I have never driven it in the Philly area - although I did my share of street racing and cruising on the Blvd, front st, red lion rd, woodhaven, etc...
