I found this in Westerly, RI today on the way home. The writing indicates it had belonged to Card Chevrolet, I think they are still in the Eastern Part of Conn. I can not tell if the paint is a faded Red or Hugger Orange, possibly indicating it was used in the late 60's or early 70's.
