Default 1969 COPO Camaro MN Code 427 Engine

Several years ago I purchased this 1969 COPO Camaro Engine for my COPO Camaro, but I sold the car and never used the engine. The numbers are: block 3963512 dtd F17 9; pad stamping T0822MN; VIN 9N681011 and is located down by the oil filter housing; heads 3964291 dtd F10 9 & F12 9 (I know many believe the 3919840 heads should be on a COPO, but this engine was built in Aug. 1969 and the #840 heads ceased production in May of 1969); intake 3933163 dtd 2-6-69. Rods have 3/8" bolts with the bump on the shaft; crankshaft #6223; harmonic damper 3870325; water pump 3969811 dtd. E11 9; carbuertor Holley 3959164GE list 4346 dtd. 2377 (with that date it must be a service replacement).
Machine shop indicates the following: No cracks in block or heads. Block is standard bore with .002" taper top to bottom - it could be deglazed and re-ringed. Pistons are TRW and measure standard. Crank: is standard and could be polished. Rods: need to be resized. Heads: need resurfaced .005" on one and .003" on the other. Needs valve job. Guides are good. Seats are good. Valves and springs are good. Cam & Lifters: needs replaced.
