EXACTLY! I sold a carb that I had bought on eBay about a year prior, described it as accurately as possible, stated it would need a rebuild, posted multiple pictures, stated "item sold as is"...the guy gets the carb sends me a list of issues with it and that he's upset it will need parts to be rebuilt and function properly (what parts I still don't know other than a rebuild kit)...I ask him to send pics of these issues...never get pics...eBay/Paypal decides in his favor and they refund him his money...I ask them twice for an explanation of why they reversed the transaction and never got a reply from them...I get the carb back and don't find any of these issues he whined about...GREAT service
...eBay = LAST RESORT!...unless it's from some I know or delt with before...where's that "eBay SUCKS" smiley?...
