Obviously the car was not a significant racer what I found really cool was the car was ordered, outfitted, and actually competed as a racer straight from the showroom. To me it adds credibility as to the true intentions of Chevrolet's Z28 program. The cars could actually be raced with nothing more than a weekends or two's time spent prepping the car. How Freaking cool would it be if we could do that today? With the new Camaro? hmmmm... cmon GM...
