The center was in Chino hills about 10 miles east from where I work. We felt it strong here and the phones stopped working but there are no other problems that I have heard about so far. It felt like the Northridge earthquake 10 years ago. That scared me a little because we were fine in Orange county but we did not hear about the all the damage up north till much later. The aftershocks are coming every few minutes for right now but I am sure that will end soon.
I bet this is the part that Bruce does not miss about living here.

I found out about it right after it happened...and called my oldest sister...She had some damage to the contents of her house in Orange...but other than that she's okay.
From what I hear...the CHP and Caltrans are currently checking the 241 Toll Road...as the bridge may have sustained damage (there are supposedly visual cracks)
I hope that everyone is okay! I didn't really mind the earthquakes...there was only one that scared the crap out of me...it was the Big Bear quake...I had Holly in my arms (she was a baby) and I was thrown violently against her bedroom wall...that's when I knew it was time to get out of the house
