For those who don't speak Mopar, the SE was the luxury option package that could be ordered on the R/T or as its own model. (Kind of like a Rally Sport/Super Sport- the combination of the highest trim option and the highest performance option)
In 1969 Dodge would not build an R/T-SE with a hemi but in 1970 they lifted the restriction but didn't advertise the fact, so very few of the 112 Hemi R/T's had the SE package - about 16 or so.
With the SE A-47 package you got a real leather interior and different door interior panels and bunch of other add-ons that altered the interior's appearance from the standard Charger R/T interior. In addition, there were only three leather interior colors available: tan, green and charcoal (a metallic black).
