Gary about what yrs are you saying these were the hitters? You put in brackets 1971? Are you saying these LS6's were running that in 1971? If so, WAY before my time of late '80's early '90's. At that time, heard Serge Longo was THE MAN on the streets of TO. The Vette we were there with was a 11.30 car.

But back in 1971, a local guy I know and 427STRATO knows as well, has a '69 L78 Nova, headers slick and recurred distributor that was a 11.70 cars and he claims it was even driven in the winter.
