Looked at the wrong invoice from customs. The shifter and transmission arrived through customs the previous Friday Sept 25th and was opened the following day. That does not change the fact I was sadly disappointed in the quality of what you sent me. And be glad I took a week to cool off before contacting you because I was truly pissed.
Do the right thing here Eric and own up to your substandard parts. Send a refund and I will gladly send all your parts back. I have already demonstrated I am a stand up guy by sending you advance payment once before. Now that I have lost all trust in you, it's on you to fix this and earn that respect back.
