NOS GM Air pump or alternator drive belt. Correct original assembly line design with the wrapped cloth and part# stamped into the belt.
This was made by Goodyear back in the day and has the yellow ink stamping(See 3rd PIC). On some applications this fits the air pump and on other applications it fits the alternator. See applications below.
