Yes, they are known to be specific to performance options.
Kurt and I have been logging them for years; often makes it easy to spot repro or altered docs. But we don't know them all. They were determined by Engineering and only docs for Corvettes have surfaced. Chevrolet did produce an internal report often listing option sales by ECL. I don't believe a complete report including 1969 Camaro extended production is known.
