These are my personal pictures of the VIN tag, cowl tag and underside windshield cowl panel showing what I believe to be original paint. Note the original Royal Plum of the fender reinforcement from Little Hoss, compared to what I believe is Madeira Maroon on the panel, which appears original. Note the rubber seal on the panel, I believe it is original to the panel, and never removed. Also note the upper cowl panel color in the cowl tag picture.
This is all I can share on this subject car as I have no additional knowledge or information of what happened to the car after I bought and returned it to Ron Hawk. I know of no parties involved between 2008 and when the car resurfaced on the Heartbeat City website in 2013 and to this day, other that what is posted on the Mecum Houston 2020 website.
Hopefully this will help with any current and future due diligence search needed for this car.
