I personally don't know him but I believe it is. Has a number of very rare Pontiac's including this one. This is one of 168 Judge 'verts, 3 of which were 455 D port cars. I don't have any other verifiable production breakdowns.
With this color combo, possible the only one built. I would love to see this car when finished.
