Run this past any seismic engineer and you will get the same answer the floor reinforcement needed to reduce the risk of the lift falling over will outweigh the value. Meaning it is very likely going to be cheaper, safer, and more convenient to just add on to your storage area and ground store the car.
4 Post lift with locks is always the safest option for seismic.
