As a follow up to this thread...…….I installed the Z26 pads this weekend when swapping the winter/summer tire setups on my wife's 2015 SS Sports Sedan. So far so good on the dusting. My initial impression on the test drive after the install was the ceramic pads have a much more linear feel - we'll see as we get a few more miles on them.


As an FYI our car has 28k miles and is a daily driver - the inboard pads on each caliper were a struggle to get out (they should slide right out after the two retaining pins and spring are removed). They were stuck in place due to a significant build up of brake dust. On the fronts I was able to loosen them up by using brake clean to clean out the accumulated dust, on the rears I had to remove the caliper to get the inboard pads off.


I will report back on performance once I get a chance to drive it more myself.
