Hopefully you will be able to locate the build sheet. Without that, it will be difficult to verify this as a real Heavy Chevy. The VIN and style number (13437) on the cowl tag obviously verify it as a base model Chevelle. The domed hood, sport steering wheel, 14x6 rally wheels with no trim rings, blacked-out grille, and stripes that made the package are the visual clues that help (if they were still on the car), but obviously could have been added at any point.
