hard to say what Don would have built for a 1973 Yenko COPO 400 cu in Camaro but we can use the Yenko Duece as an example.
A mystery SS350 360hp Nova showed up at the 1970 Chevy press pre view where the press was allowed to test it on a drag strip and a road course and it was well liked.
Don was able to get it for the Deuce.
Yenko did a COPO order to get a non SS Nova with the LT1, 4sp and TH400, F41, 4:10 12 bolt posi, PDB, base interior and other items
He was able to get a custom made 4sp Hurst Shifter installed on the line (that was amazing), and ordered a column shift TH400 then dealer installed a Hurst Auto Stick floor conversion shifter.
He added a hood tach and his own design stripe kit and other options
For the 1973 Yenko Camaro, he may have got the COPO 400 cu in Camaro and ordered it as a non Z/28 with F41, 4:10 12 bolt posi, PDB, base interior. ft and rear spoilers, a 70 71 Hurst shifter (Camaro did not use the Hurst in 73) a TH400 option with dealer installed Hurst Duel gate shifter, and other options he liked
possibly a COPO for a wider tire like he did on the Yenko Chevelle
possibly a COPO for larger sway bars like on the 1968 COPO Camaro
possibly a COPO for a Magnum 500 wheel or some other GM wheel
maybe a hood tach and gauges or something else from Dixco
add a Yenko design stripe package
We can only guess
