I'd say COPO is pretty close to the value. It will all depend on who's buying if it's someone that can do the work or someone that has to pay for the work to be done. Nice car to start with. I agree, my first thought was clean the car up, detail the interior, put together the NOM motor and trans and just enjoy the car as it is!
