I think morton does farm shops like that in case you damage the wall its easier to replace and the wood helps with the noise level. We painted the osb once about 10 years ago and it still looks good. Doesnt wipe down as nice as the metal.

My new building is a Morton 30x40. They quoted me smartpanel and metal but not sure considering OSB
