We had to cut that on 3 sides to get at the caged nut, then cut the cage, remove the nut with busted bolt, heat the nut cherry-hot, then removed the broken bolt. Put the nut back in the cage after cleaning the threads, and weld the cage shut again.

I am nervous to cut into my nice floor to do this so I want to make sure I am heading down the right road:-)

I have 2 or three at the back especially:-( I guess I cut into the trunk to fix them:-(

I have one where the area is rusty so I am able to fix it from the bottom...... (About a 3 inch rusty area around one mount so I need to fix it.
