Wire Wheel Disc ‘extension’.
This ‘65 was ordered with the “wire wheel disc covers” which requires the valve extensions.
There were two of these 1-1/16” extensions in the console glove box when I purchased the car.
Fortunately I was able to find a couple more of that design and length.
