Yep, it's nice to look at, but the price seems quite ambitious for an Elco.
The one red flag for me is his statement that it comes with it's original GEORGIA title...
My neighbor bought a '72 Elco out of the Atlanta area several years ago and it didn't have a title, just registration papers and he had a long fight with the MN DMV about that and bonding the vehicle for 3 years.
