the color is different - tough to match 40 year old ink. Do you have an original to compare against?
If you replace both not so much an issue but if you replace just one you would see the differnece IMO

No I am trying to determine if these guages are original or aftermarket.

If original, there should be ink-stamped dates on the back of the gauge face.
