I was in Spokane, Washington over the weekend for my daughters wedding, and on the way from the photo session to the dinner, we came upon an accident scene that almost broke my heart. A beautiful 67 Camaro, black, day 2 style with 2 carbs on either a blower or tunnel ram, planted face first into a sign pillar.
This was the only photo I could get, as the driver was not a car guy, and wouldn't go around the block for another look.

This happened in the little parking lot, and there was a lot of damage to the front. My belief is that during a burnout, the throttle stuck wide open. I know I had that problem with one of my cars years ago, but thankfully didn't hit anything.
