COPO vs M & O Mopar

Copo cars it's very similar to M-code Mopar
1969 M-code mopar Barracuda-Dart-Road 6Bbl-R/T Six-Pak
It's more (Civilian)(Streetable)than the O code Mopar
The M-code for Mopar =Spªcial engine
The O-code for Mopar =Super Stock
The O-code car it's not realy streetable.
What's is your opinion about this.
COPO car is comparable to M-code or O-code Mopar.
