Any way to remove "FILL" from water passages?

Any way to remove "FILL" from water passages?

Just like i said in the other post digging out some stuff to sell and i have a 69 512 4 bolt block that has some fill poured in the water passages.Is there anyway to get that crap out of there without hurting the block? Standard bore so the block wasnt unstable just some old racer that thought it was a good idea i guess.
Not a big deal except it is a "CE" stamped block,,,
