Default manifold reskinning

Has anyone used Jerry Macneish to reskin their intake and/or exhaust manifolds? If so, what did he charge?

I could not stop my 68 Chevelle manifolds from rusting no matter what I did, until I had Jerry aluminum coat them. Now they've been on the car for two years with no sign of rust. Great process. Here is what they look like after coating, but before paint.
