While restoring my 70 L78 I have encountered a problem with the brackets that mate the steel lines to the rubber lines on the front disc brake system. They are apparently different than what is shown in the assembly manual, which is a drum system. Anybody know if the correct ones are like the first gen Camaro w/disc brakes or where I can find a correct pair?

The brackets are different for drums and disc brakes. They would be the same for the 1st gen camaros to the 3rd gen Novas.
Here's some pics I took of both set ups. Disc brake brackets Here's some on ebay for sale (no affiliation). http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NOVA-SUPE...1QQcmdZViewItem I might be willing to let the ones I have go also. |
