Default My old yellow hemicuda ragtop for sale???

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Plymouth-...1QQcmdZViewItem

It says Bill Wiemann owns it. I thought someone else in AZ has it. Am I wrong?

Hey, I think I still have an extra one of the original broadcast sheets from that car (it had 4 of them, if I recall correctly) Maybe I should put that on ebay.

Nice opening bid minimum of $2,700,000.

Doesn't Mr. C own this car or did it trade hands? I would imagine whoever buys it may want the 6 inch thick series of photo album pages I still have on the car, before during and after. I was a nice car to start with and I photographed as much as I could, way back when, in order to document where everything was for future generations.

It's nice to see my work held up after all these years even if it was a "driver-restoration" at the time.

Here's a "before" shot:

She really was a bear to drive to work in the snow. Those studded snow tires really helped.

Man that pics just kills me.. moving snow from around the Cuda so you could probaby take it for a spin...lol If you only had that crystal ball that said how much that car would be worth today!

Do you remember what you sold it for back then?

I heard Bill bought the car from Mr.C awhile back.

I sold it for a record price back in '87. It went for .02% of the current ebay price.

That photo was from Superbowl weekend back in January, 1986.

Its been out of Mr C's collection since July. I should know since I put it together plus a Hemi Challenger convert.
I think Bill has close to a half dozen Hemi e-body converts at this moment.

They were all on display at Pavillions a few months back. Unfortunately I wasn't there that day...
