Default My Next Car

1974 Firebird.

If everything goes as planned, then I will have this car in my garage soon. Said to be ex-CHP car.

I have a carb for it on ebay but only a few hours left.

ttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBa...ksid=p3907.m29

Good luck on the project. The birds are relatively cheap to buy and fun to play with.

Let's see the outside. I didn't know the CHP dabbled in F bodies that early...thought the late '70's Z28 was the F body they trialed...

I have lots of pictures. I’ll post as soon as the deal is done or falls through.

As far as the CHP……… I can only relate what the owner tells me. I have not seen the title, but he says that it states “Police Car” on the title.

The 455 is supposed to be balanced and blueprinted. I would guess that the car has been outside for 20 years.

-----That will be an interesting project. I know I always keep my exhaust stored inside the car when not in use. Keeps rust to minimum, dont you know!!!......Bill S
