i have had discussion with others on the fender striping on a 69 camaro. here is a link to one on ebay that has it marked on the car shipper that it came with the car. it list the fender striping for 15.30. so you could get it on any 69 camaro as a option including a non rs car, and also on a z28 ( correct )

Nope.
From the Chevrolet Motor Vehicle Price Schedule dated January 2, 1969: "Striping , Fender [D96]: Not available when Camaro SS, Special Performance Equipment Package or sport striping is ordered. Included when Rally Sport or style trim is ordered." The ebay car is one of 5, 176 Camaros ordered with D96. In 33 years of the hobby I have yet to see D96 striping on a Z/28 survivor or paperwork to prove a Z/28 was ordered with it.
