Default Survivor 1979 Z28

We bought this very original 1979 Z28 off the original family. The gentlemen (who is now 89) was a salesmen at Lentine Chevy where the car came from. He bought the Z28 for his newly college graduated daughter. She then moved to Florida where the car spent most of its life. The car has every piece of paper work (window sticker, build sheets, protecto plate, owners manual, space saver spare booklet). The gentlemen even gave us a vintage dealer z28 sign from that era from the dealership sold. The car retains about 90% original paint and the only thing ever changed where wear items tires, belts, hoses etc.... I know its not a first generation Z28 but I still like um!!!!

Have to tune the car up has been sitting for a while and replace the mismatched dry rotten tires and broken drivers side door panel door pull. I believe it is missing a front lower grill also??

Those late second gens are coming out of the woodwork. Quality cars for not a lot of coin. Congrats on a nice score.

Neat car. I like those wheels better than the Turbine also available that year. 79 was the first year for the squared dash.
