Default Help ID 68 Z-28

I have found a car here semi local that looks like a 68 Z the engine seems to be the original MO deal 12 bolt rear springs and correct tach, it looks lagit I havent gone to the point of cleaning the block to look at the pad itself, the car is unrestored and paint delete - - - code and looks to be a bronze car Corvette color??? dono??? also a delux interior car, and I think it was a fold down seat?? what are some key things to look for on it other than the norm to decide if it is real, I think it is but you never know. The car is not for sale but could be got in the high teens it does have nos quarters installed and a nos (still black) cowl hood on it that I would remove, incorrect 15 inch wheels but the rest seems good. Just curious if there is some special things I should be looking for that im not aware of.
Thanks Jeff

I thought 68 Z-28s had 15 inch Rims. Supposed to have a Tire Sticker decal in the glovebox indicating 15 inch tire size.

The wheels are just the incorrect ones sticker in glove box is correct, I was wondering fuel line any special steering components, it does have 4 piston caliper discs on it, it is a older 70's 80's "hot rod" the correct brackets have been plated (not aftermarket) incorrect carb intake is lagit. headers etc. It looks like someone 15 or so years ago decided to put new quartes on it and a hood and put it in a garage.

Norwood or LA car?

The Van Nuys cars will have the entire TOP of the cowl painted stripe color, EZ ID of a real Z or not
