Great shots Dog. Love the before and after of the #6 Charger. Ouch! This is when Stock Cars were stock automobiles (more or less ).

Speaking of old headlight shots, isn't this Linda Vaughn, Miss Firebird Gasoline, just before she got hooked up with Hurst??

Dog427435 posted this one before but I don't anyone noticed who it was.

[b]You are observant John, and perhaps the only one who noticed -
Coming from a small town in Georgia, Linda Vaughn's first association with motorsports was her becoming Miss Atlanta Raceway in 1961.
GM noticed all the attention she was getting and made her Miss Pontiac in 1962.
She became Miss Pure FireBird in 1963 and carried that title through 1966 representing Pure at nearly all the NASCAR races.
She became “Miss Hurst Golden Shifter” beginning in 1966 and the rest is history!
She is seen below with Freddie Lorenzen.
