Default Tin Indian's Wheels

Does anybody have a good close-up shot of the wheels on the '70 Tin Indian (after the resto)?

Something about the wheels looks odd to me, and I'm trying to see what they are before I draw any conclusions.

I just did a quick search and found some pics, like this:

.

Although they look different that the ones used on the restored car, I'm not sure either is wrong. I'm sure any decent racer worth his salt had more than one set of wheels.

What are you thinking?

I'm thinking the restored version wears Rouges instead of the Kustomag Klassics?

All of the older pics I've seen I haven't seen it with Rouges; not to say it didn't happen, but what gives?
