Default ZL1 starter and flywheel number

Can someone tell me what part number flywheels the zl1's came with. I know they had 10.5 clutches and different starters than the standard BB.

Flywheel is 15lb #3991406 for 10.5" clutch
Starter for manual is #1108743 stamped 1108351 for 10.5" clutch
