1969 Corvette trim color over ride

I picked up what I thought was a nice driver Corvette it was Lemans blue with blak tucked interior with some red showing here and there in the interior. I bought it from the third owner and was told it was originally a red red car someone did a color change to. This is a very original car when I got it home I started looking and seen the car was always Lemans blue so I checked the trim tag it showed lemans blue ext with a red interior. I did some research and found out that couldnt be possible so I pulled the tank down and found the tank sticker lemans blue with red interior, the sticker stated trim and color over ride but more strange than that it also stated export prep =2,export tire tax and tax sustanable. any body ever here of this.
