I parted out a 69 350ci Impala last year that had this odd bracket and bolt contraption on the LH motor mount. This looks like a different solution to the "recall fix" cable. Has anyone ever seen one of these? I was planning to sell it but have no idea what to ask for it. The second picture shows a similar design, but for the BBC...this is in the 69 Camaro assembly manual. Thanks!

FYI, I received some good information on this contraption. Evidently was released in May of 1969 (see date on drawing revision block) and installed on very late 1969 model year 350s and 302s until the interlocking motor mounts were released. Pretty cool idea to address the broken mount failure mode.

I just seen Heartbeat City is reproducing this.
