Default Anyone familiar with vintage scooters?

I saw one at the flea market today and it peaked my interest. I went back to buy is a couple hours later but it was sold.

It was quite unique and I thought maybe it was something special, and this sight is so informative about so many things I thought maybe someone here might know about them.

That's what I am trying to figure out.

It had a small v-twin, dual rear wheels that were side-by-side, a front end similar looking to a Cushman, with a Harley-style fuel tank with a key on one side and the fuel cap on the other; I forgot to see if it had disc brakes or not.

It was quite interesting looking.
