I'll answer you on this post instead of the top one. All 64-up Beaumont wagons used coil springs in the rear as they were based on the A-body (Chevelle, Lemans, Cutlass, Skylark) platform. The Acadian wagons which were based on the X-body (Nova/Chevy II) platform used leaf springs. I hope this helps.
