OK, not sure if anyone out there knows this info.
My '69 Nova has medium green interior. Came with the rubber mat instead of a carpet. If front and rear floor mats were ordered, what color would they be? Did the person ordering the vehicle have a choice of color? Or did they just check off "rubber floor mats" or whatever it said on the order sheet and they matched up mats with the interior color? I can't tell what color I should order. Dark green seems to match best--matches the dash pad. However, I'm not sure if black mats weren't used. Then there's ivy gold mats which look semi-close to medium green. Decisions, decisions..... |

Our 1970 Autumn Gold L78 came with factory ordered rubber mats...they were gold to match the interior. I would say the green would be the correct choice since the rubber floor covering would have also been green..

Thanks Wilma. That seems about right. There's definitely dark green specs in the mat. Hope I get some from Santa this year. haha.

You could've gotten clear too.
I've seen many rubber floored vehicles with clear mats. |
