Default Correct Copo Air Filter?

Is the correct 69 Camaro COPO air filter an A226CW unit? Gm #6422544?

That's not a COPO specific air filter.
That filter was used on the optional & over the counter Cowl Plenum air cleaner pictured below,available for the 302cid. Camaro,or to be installed on a BB Camaro/Chevelle/Impala,but not exclusive to a COPO vehicle.




The 1969 COPO Camaro & Chevelle used the std. issue Big Block open element air cleaner,using filter part #A212CW.
Also used on the BB 1969 camaro w/Cowl Ind.,and BB 1970-72 Chevelle w/Cowl ind. too.
