Well you guys are probably getting tired of my stupid questions. The assy manual shows a shield over a center clock. Page A1 of U17, item 3 pn 3951214. I don't see the same shield for center fuel gauge, although I am looking at one of each and they both have the same mounting holes & tab. I am guessing it is just a dust cover.
Anyone have one or even a pic of one? Thanks for your patience. Think of it as being kind to the elderly.

The "Shield" is the green gel for the lamp housing used by the clock. The fuel gauge already has the lamp assembly as part of the housing no shield required if I remember right. Been ages since I had a center fuel gauge in my paws.

Just figured out it is the same. Goes on from the front before installing the gauge.
Thanks.
