That one looks like it may be a reproduction because of the lack of lathe tool marks on the face, and all of them did not have a groove. I do not have a good photo of an OE one with the tool marks but I can bet someone here does... [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif[/img] Mike |

This came from an alternator shop and it looks like it was run through a tumbler or something. I just wanted to be sure it was the right design. Thanks, Jason |

We had a customer back in the day that was a major rebuilder of starters, alternators, etc. One of the deep-groove alternator pulleys Chevy used was an aircraft part and could be sourced through them for about 1/3 the GM price. Parts were identical.
