Indy 2014 "the bid goes on"

I have a friend that is trying to track down a car that was a no sale at the Mecum auction in Indy 2014. He has tried to contact Mecum but has received no response. anyone here have any connections with Mecum? This is the link to the car. Thanks, any help would be appreciated
