GM Parts Division license plate frame
I have a friend that past away earlier this year. He was a quite the GM AC-Delco collector. I picked this frame up and wondered if anyone has seen one like it?

I bought two of them years ago. I still have one and don't know what I did with the other one. Got them from a Chevy vender in carlisle
