Kahan Lees Summit Missouri

Does anyone know much or have anything from Kahan when they were still a dealer? I have an L-71 Corvette from them.

Based on what I am reading in old ads, Don Kahan bought out Willey Chevrolet in late 1965 located at: 220 South Douglas Street, Lee's Summit Mo. I'm seeing ads through 1976 and then they stopped.

Ads run under Kahan Chevrolet and Don Kahan Chevrolet.

Kahan sold Chevys up until 2009. They lost their franchise in the purge, but still exist as a used car dealer.

What they said above also if you haven't seen them yet, there's often Kahan dealer emblems on eBay too.

Not that I've heard. At least not in the same league as some other KC-area dealers like Van Chevrolet or Tall Paul's Ford or Sites Bros. Plymouth.

Looks like Kahan spent more advertising money on their used cars then new.
